I loved enjoyable breakfast, hotel's great location.
The room was compact and soundproof and the view of the roof garden was lovely! Outstandingly accommodating staff created a comfortable atmosphere.

The room was functional and large with a shower, a hairdryer and soft bathrobes in the half bathroom. It was in a great location minutes from Syntagma Square. Was set in 15 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were outstandingly accommodating. The rooftop restaurant was cheap, excellent service.
Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

The location near Parliament and the metro station is excellent
Our first night we were put in a room clearly designed for one person. If you are given room 711 turn it down. The bathroom was incredibly tiny and the room's ventilation system didn't work. We were moved to a second and better room for the next night. Front desk personnel were aloof.

Excellent location directly across the road from the Metro stop to/from airport in the very centre of the city close to all facilities. Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast with wide choice served in a friendly and efficient manner. Very good dinner at a very reasonable price. Very fast free WiFi and communal areas.Very clean and neat and tidy with bright modern furnishings. Good value for money. Ideal for business traveller or visitor on limited budget.
Room was clean and tidy etc but was a little small and the bathroom was very small indeed. Free WiFi should be extended to bedrooms.

Very good location with shopping, eating, metro all close by. helpful and friendly hotel staff.
Room was tiny with poor lighting and a bit dated - I was on business, so it was functional. Wireless in room is chargeable, but I was able to pick up signal from next door hotel which was free!.

Location of the hotel is great for anyone who wants to see the city sights: acropolis, Plaka and Monastiraki districts. Close to local transport.
We had booked a double room with 2 beds and when we came to check in, though I had asked them twice, before arrival to ensure we had 2 beds in each room, they were not available. They gave us one room and when we walked in, there was a woman sleeping in the bed! She was shocked and livid, as we were. We had to go back down to reception again to change the room. Thankfully, later on, there was another employee who does understand customer service and offered a free upgrade to a suite for one of the rooms.

I have stayed at the Electra on previous occasions and the location is ideal if you want to be in downtown Athens, very convenient for metro and bus transport to airport, as well as taxis. Small rooms, but you do not spend a lot of time in the room. Complimentary buffet breakfast was excellent and the staff was very hospitable.
The only negative was that you could not control the temperature in the room. Only the fan, and if you wanted air conditioning or not. Considering this is the hottest August in ten years in Greece, the room was not cool at all.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a view of the Acropolis, made my mornings special, and the hotel had comfy couches to relax in after a day of exploring. The room was a bit tight, and I wish the pillows could've been a tad firmer, but it didn't affect my stay. Definitely grab coffee from Terra café-it's the best way to start your day ☕

This hotel is in a central location excellent for visiting all major attractions in the city. The staff were more than helpful especially as there was a general strike on the day that we left. We ate dinner in the restaurant where there was a good choice of dishes and the food was of a high standard.

The location is unbeatable, right near shopping and dining options, with easy access to major attractions. The room was comfortable, with artisan bread at breakfast, but it was quite small, and the menu lacked variety over multiple days. Noise from other guests at night was disruptive, impacting sleep quality, and the bathroom space was also limited.
